Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage
Rid your body of tension, release tightness and find relief from chronic and acute pain caused by injury or overworked muscles. This therapeutic massage focuses on deeper problem areas, with greater pressure applied during the massage. This includes Trigger Point Therapy where concentrated pressure is applied in order to break cycle of spasm and pain. Deep Tissue Massage is highly effective for relieving chronic pain areas, due to misalignment, repetitive motions and past injuries. Client and therapist work as a team to locate and alleviate pain patterns. Soreness can be common after this treatment. Pressure will be adjusted appropriately to accommodate your comfort level.

On-Site Chair Massage
On-Site chair massage offers a unique stress reduction service. Short 10-15 minute massages. No clothing changes are required. In general, the “in-chair” massage reduces muscle tension and pain, thus increasing overall mental clarity and body awareness.
